We’re growing fast and looking for an AI Security Team Leader to join our Engineering Team and play a key role in leading the development of our cutting-edge AI security products (VIBESEC).

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams , helping us deliver high-quality, customer-centric security solutions in a fast-evolving domain.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in leading software development teams.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using high-level programming languages.

• Strong ownership (accountability), high independence, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proven ability to guide technical decisions and solutions for complex systems.

Nice to Have

• Proven experience with microservices architecture.

• Background in cybersecurity / Endpoint Agent development.

• experience delivering customer-value-driven products in fast-paced startup environments.
