We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Analyst to join our dynamic team, combining expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Manager, and our proprietary optimization platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with executing campaign strategies that leverage our proprietary ad tech. This role will be consultative and in support of CSMs and will not hold a specific book of business.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in GA4, Google Adwords, Facebook and will be comfortable using our technology and off-platform analytics to tell a story and make clear recommendations. You will be assigned to work with mid-market customers and will be responsible for executing custom campaigns, ad copy, and budget updates as well as make proactive suggestions/monitor budget pacing in support of Customer Success Managers.
This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Advertising Operations.
- 3+ years working in the automotive, SaaS, and advertising space.
- 2+ years experience with ad tech platforms
- Strong written and speaking communication skills and the ability to present on camera in a remote/hybrid setting with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Positive approach to all situations and the ability to self-solve.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or work equivalent required.
- Google Ad certification required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
- Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.
