Legal & Compliance Counsel

What You’ll Do
-

Provide day-to-day legal advice to Product, Marketing, and other teams, proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks across mobile apps, product development, creative and commercial initiatives.

Monitor App Store and other relevant platform policies, identify compliance requirements, and support teams throughout product development, launch, and post-launch operations.

-

Advise on intellectual property, including trademark registration, copyright protection, and brand protection.

Support data privacy and consumer protection compliance, ensuring our products, marketing activities, and internal practices align with applicable laws and regulations.

-

Advise on legal and regulatory requirements for AI-powered features, including emerging AI regulations and platform-specific policies.

-

Coordinate legal projects with external law firms and counsel, managing communication, timelines, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

Own end-to-end legal processes, from research and documentation to implementation and follow-up, while staying current on developments in technology, mobile apps, platform policies, intellectual property, and data privacy.

What We’re Looking For
-

3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology, digital products, mobile applications, or a fast-paced business environment.

-

Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, consumer protection, and technology-related regulations.

-

Familiarity with App Store and other digital platform policies, with the ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements to mobile applications and AI-powered products.

-

Ability to independently manage end-to-end legal processes, from identifying legal risks and conducting research to developing practical solutions and ensuring implementation.

-

Experience coordinating with external law firms and managing legal projects involving multiple internal stakeholders.

-

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal teams.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
