WHO YOU ARE

• You love designing systems that scale - and thinking carefully about where complexity should live.

• You’re opinionated about what you want to build, but grounded enough to change your mind when the work points elsewhere.

• You’ve dug into harnesses like Codex, (Oh My) Pi, and Hermes. You understand how the choices around an agent shape what it can actually do.

• You care deeply about context engineering: what an agent sees, when it sees it, and how information should be routed.

• You know how to orchestrate complex workflows across agents, models, tools, and people without losing sight of the outcome.

• You think memory should be designed around specific outcomes - not accumulated for its own sake.

• You want to design Ambition-specific evaluation benchmarks that tell us whether the system is actually getting better.

• You’re excited to evaluate frontier models, then use what you learn to post-train task-specific models for the workflows that matter most.

• You’re optimistic about the future of human × AI collaboration, and want to help define how that collaboration works in practice.
