Key Areas of Responsibilities

Possess deep understanding of ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and M&A/Advisory/PE products.

Lead deal origination efforts in chosen industry verticals across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE products.

-

Maintain strong senior and mid-senior level relationships with large and mid-sized PE firms.

-

Originate and drive business development opportunities from these PE relationships.

-

Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution from initial pitch to closing across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE syndication.

-

Collaborate with other sector bankers to target business opportunities in identified sectors from financial sponsors.

-

Oversee preparation of pitch books and client presentation materials for origination and coverage purposes.

-

Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

-

Master’s degree or higher in Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

-

Minimum of 12 years of progressive, relevant experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in areas such as Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE) syndication, and advisory services.

-

Extensive expertise in transaction origination, deal structuring, financial modelling, and end-to-end deal execution.

Proven proficiency in applicable technical skills, regulatory frameworks, and financial systems (specialised expertise would be an advantage).

Deep understanding of capital markets, investment banking products, and industry dynamics.

-

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills combined with strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.

Demonstrated capability to deliver superior client service and manage multiple complex mandates simultaneously.

Excellent command of English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication .
