CARGO: Líder de Representante Enlist Norte  - Cuiabá/MT

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the RTVE team to execute the Enlist trait penetration plan at both dealer and grower levels.

• Ensure the successful implementation of the Industry Value Capture Tracking System.

• Serve as a role model and mentor, providing coaching and guidance to sales representatives.

• Lead the Enlist Sales team in executing the annual Demand Generation Plan.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the Soybean Germplasm and/or Biotech Licensing market.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-performance teams.

• Preferred knowledge of Biotech Licensing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.

• Strong commercial negotiation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
