Job Description

Upload / Process of trades after market closed (all markets)

Resolve trade issues before exchanges cut-off time
-
Perform trade amendment
-
Maintain brokerage / commission rate setup in back office system

Maintain instrument data in back office system
-
Trades reconciliation
-
Liaising with foreign brokers for trade related matters
-
Posting of journal entries into the back office system
-
Involve in BCP, PPM Update & BackOffice related system projects,
-
Back up evening shift in Futures Team
- Handle daily customers’ funds movements
- Retrieve trade files from various exchanges ( SGX, JPX, and HKFE), upload and process in CTMS system
- Perform close out in CTMS and in exchange’s platform.
- Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on next business day
