Retail Counter Sales

Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai

Salary: AED 2,500/month + accommodation + transport
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.

Key responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.

Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.

Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.

Requirements

Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

-
Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to learn technical product details.

Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week. Weekly off: Sunday/rotational.
