Technical Officer (Site Supervision)

Responsibilities

-
Supervising   Architectural and M&E works   at project sites.

-
Overseeing non‑structural works in   PPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yards.

Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements.

Reporting to the   Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification.

Minimum   3 years’ experience   in supervision of building projects.

Must have attended   MOM‑accredited safety courses   and maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency.

For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold a   WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations   or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
