RESPONSIBILITIES:

Unterstützung bei allen operativen HR Aufgaben von der Einstellung über die Betreuung bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden

Aktive Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Soziales und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement sowie im Personalmarketing (Recruiting-Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.)

Mitwirkung bei den laufenden HR-Projekten

REQUIREMENTS:

Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Management und Personalwesen, Psychologie, Sozial-/ Geisteswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung

sicherer Umgang mit MS- Offi ce Programmen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
