Summary of the position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing admin support to the purchasing lead for new product development projects by pulling drawings, entering purchase orders, and working with suppliers to honor delivery dates.

Duties and responsibilities

-
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

-
Pull drawings from Team Center.

-
Enter purchase orders in JDE.

-
Follow-up with suppliers to check status of purchase orders.

-
Enter price change workflows.

-
Other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Education

-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Professional experience:

-
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

-
Excellent communication skills.

-
Experience with JDE helpful.
