Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- Processes popcorn project list and mailing labels (400 labels)
- Handles the popcorn card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (400 cards)
- Handles the ornament card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (2,800 cards)
- Ships ornaments to donors (3,200 ornaments)
- Research returns on popcorn and ornaments
- Assist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments (3,500 cards)
- Assists in ornament shipping
- Fulfills and processes the happy holiday acknowledgement cards (average of 1,500 custom Christmas cards)
