About the Role
IBM is a strategic growth vendor for TD SYNNEX across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.
What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end architecture of complex IBM software solutions across hybrid, cloud, and on-premises environments.

Translate business objectives and technical requirements into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches.

Design solutions covering integration, APIs, data flows, identity management, security, resilience, and operational readiness .

Evaluate architectural options, challenge assumptions, and recommend technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

Identify and mitigate architectural risks, dependencies, and security concerns early in the sales and design process.

Establish architectural principles, standards, governance processes, and handover documentation to ensure solution quality.

Facilitate architecture workshops and support technical assessments, prototypes, and proof-of-value initiatives.

Collaborate with customer architects, business leaders, IBM specialists, partners, and delivery teams across Europe.

Develop reusable assets, including reference architectures, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior pre-sales within enterprise software environments.

Deep knowledge of IBM software technologies ; IBM certifications are highly desirable.

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles , including integration patterns, APIs, data architecture, security, identity and access management, observability, and lifecycle management.

Experience designing solutions across cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments .

Ability to produce clear architecture documentation, diagrams, decision records, and implementation guidance.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer value, technical quality, cost, and delivery feasibility.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior business and technical audiences.

Fluent Swedish and English , both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
