Principal Agentic AI Expert – openJiuwen

We are looking for a recognized industry expert in Agentic AI and AI Agent Platforms to join the openJiuwen open-source project and play a key role in shaping the future of AI Agent platforms.
The ideal candidate is a recognized technical leader in Agentic AI who combines industry insight, research knowledge, and engineering excellence to shape technical strategy, build advanced capabilities, and accelerate global adoption. The role focuses on transforming real-world enterprise challenges into innovative Agentic AI solutions, architecting next-generation agent systems, contributing directly to openJiuwen, and representing the project globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Agentic AI platforms and systems.

• Design and implement advanced Agentic AI capabilities, including planning, multi-agent collaboration, memory, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and observability.

• Translate enterprise needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Evaluate emerging Agentic AI technologies and research and drive their integration into openJiuwen.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, from architecture and prototyping to implementation and optimization.

• Represent openJiuwen globally and help grow its developer and enterprise ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is an advantage.
• 8+ years of software engineering and AI experience, with hands-on expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

• Recognized expertise and leadership in Agentic AI, with significant contributions to Agent platforms, frameworks, or enterprise AI solutions.

• Ability to combine technical vision with hands-on execution, from architecture and prototyping to production.

• Proven experience architecting, building, and scaling production-grade Agentic AI platforms and systems.

• Deep expertise in reasoning and planning, memory, RAG, tool use, context engineering, multi-agent systems, evaluation, and observability.

• Strong expertise in Python, software architecture, distributed systems, cloud, APIs, and AI infrastructure.

• Strong technical leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technology direction and represent openJiuwen globally.

Advantages

• Experience with leading Agentic AI platforms, frameworks, and ecosystems, such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude ecosystem, OpenClaw, Hermes, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience leading or contributing to global open-source and developer communities.

• Demonstrated industry influence through conferences, publications, developer communities, enterprise engagements, research papers, patents, or advisory roles.

• Experience with Physical AI and embodied agent systems.
