RESPONSIBILITIES:

Defines and agrees clear team goals (derived from the goals of the business process) and consistently pursues/supports their achievement

Responsibly plans resources to guarantee cost-effectiveness

Coordinates the team both internally as well as in respect of the interfaces to other processes/departments in order to optimize business processes

Actively promotes and supports employees in the team in their personal and professional development to optimize performance and assure it for the future

Initiates, plans, manages and supports change processes in his area of responsibility to optimize performance and assure it for the future

Actively strives to resolve conflict in a goal-oriented fashion to reduce disruption to working processes
