Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the master franchising strategy for entry into new markets

Identify, evaluate, and secure high-caliber master franchise partners aligned with long-term brand objectives

Lead end-to-end deal structuring and negotiation of master franchise agreements, including territory rights, development schedules, royalty structures, and supply chain frameworks

Conduct market feasibility studies, financial modeling, and competitive landscape analysis
-
Define market entry roadmaps and growth plans with clear KPIs and performance milestones
-
Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless market launch
-
Oversee onboarding and enablement of new master franchisees, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
-
Establish governance frameworks to monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with development commitments
-
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with franchise partners
-
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on market expansion priorities
Role Requirements

10+ years of experience in franchising, international expansion, or multi-unit F&B development
-
Proven track record of structuring and negotiating master franchise agreements across international markets
-
Strong financial acumen with experience in franchise economics, P&L management, and investment modeling

Deep understanding of royalty structures, development schedules, territorial rights, and supply chain economics
-
Experience entering new markets and building partnerships from early-stage negotiations through launch
-
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities
-
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
-
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills
-
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Ability to travel internationally as required

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred
