Job Description

The Role:

E ntegris is seeking a Production Engineer   to perform and interact with the internal counterparts for material management, facility management, Quality   management   and CI plan/production improvement project.

T his Engineer will be the key contact for technical requests/questions, including troubleshooting, the training to direct employees,   environment   safety   maintenance   and quality insurance.

In this role you will:

In this position, the role must manage product s , training people to let   them   know   how   the   work toward.   Make sure all people in production line can follow SOP and company compliance.

This role   needs   to know   how to   m anage daily production and   arrange   shipments , so that we can   satisfy   all   customer’s   needs , also keep   good on time shipment   record .

The role needs to understand how ESC   manage   all consumers and key components, then well control and limit all consumption on materials.

O nce   issue   happened , the role can have   quick   response, define root cause, validate and make   solution   to fix it.   Also, have   prevention   plan before   issue   happen .

T his role plays as a planner,   facility/production engineer, coordinator , buyer . He needs to know what ESC-production   and   make it   efficiency .

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Experience in the semiconductor or coating industry is preferred.

E xperience   on   production /facilities maintenance/project lead.

Well   communication   skill and g ood verbal skill and writing in English.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field, with a   Bachelor's or Master's   degree.

Proficiency   in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is preferred.
