Associate Consultant - Automation

Job Description:

College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain) ​

Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred ​

Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting ​

Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis

Supports   Ka leris   SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers ​

-
Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements ​

Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation ​

Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution ​

Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets ​

Eagerness to learn   Kaler is   SCE products and relevant business processes rapidly ​

Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers ​

Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers ​

Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base ​

Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning ​

Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus ​
