IT Support Specialist - Temporary (1 year)

Mobileye’s Service Desk group is responsible for providing advanced Linux and Windows computing services support to employees across the company.
As a key part of the IT organization, the team serves as the first point of contact for technical assistance, helping users resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment through professional troubleshooting and customer-focused support.

This position requires on-site presence at our Jerusalem office at least 4 days per week

This position is temporary for one year.

What will your job look like:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or in the ticketing system

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

-

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

-

Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

-

Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

-

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

-

Provide accurate information on IT products or services

-

Follow-up and update customer status and information

-

Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

All you need is:
-

2+ years of proven experience as a help desk technician or other support role.

Minimum one year experience supporting Linux/Windows/Mac.

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Proficiency in English

Customer-oriented and service oriented

Excellent communication skills
