We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and hands-on Intern who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and improving HR processes. As an HR Analytics Intern , you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality HR data, supporting reliable reporting, and support in making our HR processes seamless and more efficient. This role is Ideal for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership.

Support data migration by transferring, reconciling, and validating employee data across HR systems.

Automate manual and repetitive HR data and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Leverage existing AI tools to streamline data preparation, reporting, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Improve data flows between the HRIS and connected tools, reducing manual handovers.

Maintain data quality by preparing, extracting, and validating HR data across different sources.

Structure and maintain HR datasets to support reliable reporting, analysis, and people decisions.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights, with a focus on automating recurring reporting.
