• Lead overall site operations and service delivery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance while meeting client and business objectives.

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for service reviews, escalations, and contractual performance.

• Provide leadership to site teams, driving operational excellence, workforce development, resource planning, and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate requirements, including governance, risk management, and audit readiness.

• Drive financial performance and continuous improvement, including budgeting, vendor management, KPI achievement, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

• บริหารจัดการภาพรวมการปฏิบัติงานภายในพื้นที่และการส่งมอบบริการ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสถานประกอบการมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความปลอดภัย และน่าเชื่อถือ พร้อมทั้งบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้าและธุรกิจ

• บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ติดต่อหลักในการทบทวนผลการดำเนินงาน การแก้ไขปัญหาระดับสูง (Escalations) และการดูแลผลการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามสัญญา

• นำและบริหารทีมงานในพื้นที่ มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติงาน พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร วางแผนทรัพยากร และสร้างความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน

• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย ข้อตกลงในสัญญา และมาตรฐานขององค์กร รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง การกำกับดูแลกิจการ และความพร้อมรับการตรวจสอบ (Audit)

• ขับเคลื่อนผลประกอบการทางการเงินและการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการจัดทำงบประมาณ การบริหารจัดการคู่ค้า/ผู้ให้บริการ (Vendor) การบรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI การบริหารต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการผลักดันแผนงานเชิงกลยุทธ์
