1. 주요 업무 내용 (Job Description)

• 복합 가공기 및 CNC 선반 운용 :  DNS(두산/현 DN솔루션즈) 복합기(Multi-axis machine)를 활용한 스퍼터링 타겟 소재의 정밀 절삭 가공.

• 품질 검사 (CMM):  3차원 측정기(CMM)를 활용하여 가공 제품의 치수 정밀도 측정

• 표면 처리 (Buffing/Polishing):  타겟 표면의 조도(Roughness) 확보를 위한 정밀 버핑 및 폴리싱 작업 관리.

• CAM 프로그래밍 :  Esprit Post Processor를 사용하여 복합 가공기용 Program 작성 및 적용.

2. 자격 요건 (Qualification Requirements)

• 경력 :  신입 및 실무 경력자.

• 기술 역량 : 해당 업무관련 고등학교 또는 전문대 전공자 (폴리텍대학 포함).

• 학력 : 고등학교졸업 이상

• 공통사항 : 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

3. 우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications)

• CAD/CAE:   AutoCAD  또는  Inventor 를 활용한 지그(Jig) 설계 및 도면 수정 경험자 우대.

• CNC 선반가공 경력 및 5축 복합기 경험자 우대.

• 소재 경험 :  구리(Cu), 알루미늄(Al), 티타늄(Ti) 등 다양한 비철금속 및 합금 타겟 가공 경험자 우대.

• 자격증 :  컴퓨터응용가공기능사 또는산업기사, 기계가공조립기사 등 관련 기술 자격증 소지자 우대.

• 동종업계 유경험자 . 인근거주자 우대 .

1. Job Description

• Operation of Multi-axis & CNC Lathe Machines: Precision cutting of sputtering target materials using DNS (Doosan / Hyundai WIA / DN Solutions) multi-axis machines.

• Quality Inspection (CMM): Dimensional accuracy measurement of machined products using a 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

• Surface Treatment (Buffing/Polishing): Management of precision buffing and polishing operations to ensure product surface roughness.

• CAM Programming: Creating and applying programs for multi-axis machines using the Esprit Post Processor.

2. Qualification Requirements

• Experience: Open to entry-level and experienced machinists.

• Technical Competency: Graduate of a high school or junior college (including Korea Polytechnics) with a major related to the job field.

• Education: High school diploma or higher.

• Common Requirement: No legal restrictions on overseas travel.

3. Preferred Qualifications

• CAD/CAE: Experience in jig design and drawing modifications using AutoCAD or Inventor.

• CNC Lathe & 5-Axis Multi-axis Machine Experience: Prior experience preferred.

• Material Experience: Experience machining various non-ferrous metals and alloy targets such as Copper (Cu), Aluminum (Al), Titanium (Ti), etc.

• Certifications: Holders of relevant technical certifications such as Computer-Aided CNC Machining or Milling, Mechanical Machining Assembly, etc.

• Other Preferences: Experience in the same industry; residents living near the workplace preferred.

4. Work Environment & Benefits

• Work Location: Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea.

• Employment Type: Full-time (probationary period negotiable).

• Salary: To be determined after interview based on experience and capability (expected annual salary must be stated).

• Other Benefits: Negotiable (commuting fuel allowance or dormitory support available).

• Working Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
