We think you also hate when travel app is giving you a headache, right? A slight misinformation can ruin the trip.

That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.

Your Main Duties in Flying with Us

-
Own the product roadmap for tiket.com's pricing and promo platform: the rule engine that powers price adjustments, discounts, and campaigns across all verticals (flight, hotel, train, things-to-do)

-
Treat internal teams (commercial, vertical product teams) as your customers; gather their feedback to deeply understand their needs

-
Analyze development needs and prioritize product requirements based on customer and business needs

-
Conduct competitive product evaluations and pricing competitiveness analysis against other OTAs

-
Write clear and concise product requirements (PRDs), experiment design docs, and user stories

-
Design and run pricing experiments; define guardrails and budget controls so discounts stay within business limits

-
Create and track metrics to define the success of initiatives and inform future improvements; comfort with data (SQL, dashboards, A/B test readouts) is part of the daily work

-
Lead the agile product development process, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization sessions, and daily stand-ups

-
Manage multiple platform capabilities independently (rule configuration, campaign tooling, budgeting, alerting and monitoring)

-
Rapidly formulate concrete features that address needs expressed by internal users and business stakeholders

-
Set product strategy, plan short-term and long-term platform improvements to meet business goals, and measure success

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

-
Passion for a Product Management role with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager

-
Experience with platform or internal-tooling products (pricing, promo, loyalty, ads, or similar configuration-driven systems) is a strong plus

-
Comfortable working with data: able to read SQL query results, interpret A/B test outcomes, and define success metrics

-
A "can-do" spirit combined with high energy, drive, and a positive attitude

-
Good problem-solving skills

-
Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills

-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required

-
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
