Job Description
1. Product Quality Inspection and Verification:

• Develop and implement product quality inspection plans, conducting functional, performance, and reliability tests.
• Use testing tools (such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer) to perform product testing.

2. Problem Identification and Resolution:

• Identify and resolve potential quality issues during product development and mass production through established procedures.
• Analyze test data, evaluate, and select appropriate solutions.

3. Quality Standards and Process Management:

• Establish and maintain quality standards and inspection processes according to the company's established operating procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure effective execution of quality processes.

4. Product Quality Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare product quality inspection reports, providing detailed test results and analysis.
• Develop and update quality inspection-related documents to ensure their accuracy and completeness.

5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work with R&D, manufacturing, and after-sales service teams to participate in quality assessments during product design and development stages.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving customer feedback on quality issues.
