SolarEdge is seeking a Junior Oracle Fusion Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to implement system updates.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Document and report on support activities and resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
