NPI Product Expert Team Leader

We are looking for

For Elbit's C4I and Cyber division in Netanya, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated NPI Product Expert Team Leader to join our NPI group. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the successful introduction of complex RF-based products from development through manufacturing and full-scale production. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will combine deep RF expertise with people leadership, driving product excellence across the entire product lifecycle.

In this role you will

Lead and mentor a team of NPI Product Experts while maintaining a strong hands-on technical contribution

Perform hands-on debugging, failure analysis and root-cause investigations of RF systems and RF boards

Actively support product bring-up, integration, validation and manufacturing troubleshooting activities

Work directly with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive corrective actions

Participate in lab activities, system characterization, RF measurements and production line investigations as required

Drive innovation initiatives across manufacturing sites to improve efficiency, quality, test coverage and production throughput

Build strong working relationships across the organization to ensure timely resolution of technical and operational challenges

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in RF systems, electronics development, product engineering, NPI or manufacturing engineering

Strong technical expertise in RF systems, RF boards, mixed-signal circuits and system-level integration

Deep understanding of RF fundamentals including signal chains, gain, noise figure, frequency conversion, modulation techniques, filtering, impedance matching and RF performance characterization

Extensive hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Oscilloscope and automated test equipment

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to both engineering and non-engineering
