SAP HCM (German Speaker)

We’re looking to hire a SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Project Scope:

Be part of the SAP HR team, that is responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international project, for +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (to be migrated to RISE in October 2026)

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Payroll

Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis

English (at least B2 level)

German (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have:

Portuguese

Time management with time evaluation

CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets)

Location:

Remarks: willingness to travel to Europe (Germany or France) twice a year
