We recently raised our Series A from leading US and European investors and software operators. We’re now entering our next chapter: investing heavily in product and AI, expanding internationally, and building the team that can make Dotfile the global standard for compliance infrastructure.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly technical and customer-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering and our customers. You will work with financial institutions to understand complex compliance challenges, design solutions using Dotfile’s platform and AI agents, and turn them into successful production deployments.

You will own the technical customer journey from pre-sales through implementation: leading discovery, designing solution architectures, delivering compelling demonstrations and proofs of concept, and guiding customers through integration and go-live. As Dotfile moves toward increasingly autonomous compliance, you will help customers rethink manual processes, identify opportunities for automation, and deploy our AI capabilities into real-world compliance workflows.

We believe AI should transform not only our product, but also how we work. You will be expected to use AI extensively to work faster, automate repetitive tasks, improve customer delivery, and help us build a more scalable Solutions Consulting organization.

You will report directly to the Director of Solutions Consulting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, partnering with Sales to understand customer challenges and design solutions that address them

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their compliance workflows, technical architecture, data sources and integration requirements

• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept that show how Dotfile can solve complex, real-world compliance challenges

• Architect end-to-end solutions using Dotfile’s platform, APIs, integrations and AI capabilities, and clearly communicate them to both technical and business stakeholders

• Own the technical success of customer implementations, from solution design and configuration through integration, testing and go-live

• Help customers identify opportunities to automate manual compliance processes and deploy Dotfile’s AI capabilities into production workflows

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering, bringing customer insights into product decisions and helping shape what we build next

• Use AI extensively in your own work to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate solution design and documentation, and continuously improve how the Solutions Consulting team operates

ABOUT YOU

• You have 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or another technical customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or RegTech

• You are technically strong and comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and modern integration architectures

• You can quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into clear technical solutions and automation opportunities

• You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers, redesigning workflows with operations teams, and presenting solutions to senior executives

• You are excited about AI and already use AI tools extensively in your work. You naturally look for opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve how things are done

• You thrive in a fast-moving environment with high standards and strong ownership. You can manage several opportunities and implementations in parallel

• Experience in financial services, compliance or RegTech is a plus, but not required

• You are fluent in English and French
