We are looking for

Elbit Systems in Rehovot is looking for a Laser Systems Engineer (Maternity Leave Replacement).

In this role you will

Lead and define system integration processes for advanced electro-optical systems

Work independently in the laboratory environment, including execution of system tests and experiments

Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with multiple interfaces

Write and maintain technical and system documentation

Work in a dynamic technological environment with challenging project timelines

Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Systems Engineering

At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems, or alternatively an advanced degree - Advantage

Experience in development of electro-optical systems - Advantage

Experience and familiarity with lasers - Advantage

Experience working with high-power lasers - Advantage

High level of technical English

Strong system-level understanding, deep technical orientation, leadership abilities, and excellent collaboration

skills
