Job Summary

The primary function of this position involves waiting on customers, processing cash and credit card transactions and other duties associated with customer accounts as directed by the manager.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Processing cash and credit card transactions

• Possesses math skills needed to understand cash and credit card transactions
• Operates computer register and credit card terminal with accuracy and efficiency

Greeting and waiting on customers

• Extends greeting to every person that walks in the facility
• Inquires how the customer can be helped
• Ensures that the staff is informed

Performs other duties associated with customer accounts as directed by the manager

Required Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma General or GED General

##
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Additional License(s) and Certification(s)

Required Minimum Experience:

prior customer service and cashier experience Preferred

Required Minimum Skills:

Good written and oral communication skills, understanding of math needed for processing cash and credit card transactions, and the ability to operate a computer register and credit card terminal.
