RESPONSIBILITIES:

Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Kunststoffspritzerei, des Technikums und der Arbeitsvorbereitung

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Produktionszielen, sowie Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

-
Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität, Kosten und Lieferfähigkeit

-
Organisation, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Kunststoffspritzgussfertigung

-
Planung und Steuerung der Prozessentwicklung sowie Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien im Technikum

-
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsnetzwerks Kunststofftechnik

REQUIREMENTS:

-
Technische Ausbildung (idealerweise Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d)) mit Weiterbildung als Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Teams

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Kunststoffspritzgussbereich sowie in der Prozessoptimierung und Werkzeugbemusterung

Methodische Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches und nachhaltiges Denken

-
Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
