About the Role

Amplity is partnering with an innovative US-based biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the research and development of transformative medicines in precision oncology. We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support clinical development and medical affairs activities across Eastern Europe.

As a member of a global field-based Medical Affairs team, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, clinical trial investigators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will play a critical role in supporting ongoing and future clinical trials, building scientific relationships, and providing valuable insights that help shape medical strategy.

What You'll Do

Scientific & Medical Engagement

• Deliver scientific education on company products, pipeline compounds, clinical trials, and disease areas to physicians and study teams.

• Provide accurate, balanced, and non-promotional scientific information related to study drugs and pipeline compounds.

• Respond to medical and technical enquiries from healthcare professionals and study site teams using approved resources.

• Stay current with clinical developments, published data, and emerging research within oncology and precision medicine.

• Support educational activities and investigator meetings aligned with clinical study objectives.

KOL & Clinical Trial Site Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principal Investigators (PIs), study physicians, and Key Opinion Leaders.

• Develop effective communication with research teams to support study performance and execution.

• Ensure investigator requests and scientific enquiries are managed efficiently and appropriately.

• Act as a field-based scientific expert and trusted partner for study sites and CROs.

Clinical Trial Support

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations teams to support ongoing and future company-sponsored clinical trials.

• Visit clinical trial centers to maintain client presence, provide scientific updates, support patient enrollment strategies, and contribute to patient retention efforts.

• Facilitate communication between study sites and corporate Clinical Operations teams.

• Identify and evaluate potential trial sites for future development programs.

• Support study close-out activities when required.

Insights & Strategic Contributions

• Gather meaningful scientific and clinical insights from healthcare professionals and investigators.

• Communicate relevant field insights to internal stakeholders to support medical and clinical development strategies.

• Strengthen the professional image and scientific reputation of the client across the territory.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Physician, Pharmacist, PhD (preferred), MSc in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent healthcare qualification.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Fluent Polish or Czech language skills, depending on country of residence.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.

• Previous Medical Science Liaison experience required.

• Solid Tumor Oncology experience is essential.

• Breast Cancer experience is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success engaging with KOLs, investigators, researchers, and healthcare professionals.

• Experience supporting clinical trials and working alongside Clinical Operations teams is highly desirable.

• Previous biotech experience is advantageous.

• Strong scientific acumen with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex clinical data.

• Ability to discuss clinical evidence and its relevance to clinical development strategies.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a field-based role while contributing effectively within a global Medical Affairs organization.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Experience working successfully within matrix organizations.

• High ethical standards and scientific credibility.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of GxP regulations, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of clinical study design, conduct, and audit processes.

• Good understanding of the evolving oncology and precision medicine landscape.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

• Fluent Polish or Czech required.

• Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel regularly across Eastern Europe.

• International travel may be required.

• Valid driver's licence required.
