We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Gananda Primary Care practice, located in the welcoming community of Walworth, NY , just east of Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, supportive team while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance.

You’ll be working alongside one experienced Advanced Practice Provider and a dedicated nursing team, serving a loyal and established patient panel. The practice sees a broad, diverse range of patients across all age groups, allowing for meaningful continuity of care and long-term relationships.

This is an outpatient-only position with no OB and no weekend responsibilities . The call schedule is light— 1 in every 15 weeks —and limited to phone-only coverage. With no inpatient or after-hours duties, this role offers the flexibility and balance many physicians seek.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
