What You Bring to the Table

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a high-tech environment, including people management and ownership of complex technology hiring (5+ years)

• Experience working in a growing organization and building or evolving recruiting capabilities, processes and ways of working.

• A highly data-driven approach, with track record using recruiting data, metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems and technology , with hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong ability to quickly explore, adopt and leverage new technologies.

• Strong English communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders.
