• 🏗 Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for our revenue technology stack, ensuring solutions remain scalable, secure, and sustainable.

• 🔗 Design and govern integrations across customer relationship management, marketing automation, event management, and internal business systems.

• 📐 Lead architectural reviews for strategic initiatives, evaluating the right balance between configuration, customization, and third-party solutions.

• 🤝 Collaborate with business leaders, administrators, developers, and operational teams to transform business requirements into robust technical designs.

• 🛡 Establish architectural standards covering data design, security, integration patterns, governance, and platform lifecycle management.

✅ What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of strategic thinking, technical depth, and collaborative leadership, including:

• Extensive experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale customer relationship management and marketing technology ecosystems.

• Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote solutions.

• Strong experience designing sophisticated marketing automation environments and supporting lead management strategies.

• Demonstrated success integrating event management platforms into broader revenue technology architectures.

• Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling, governance, quality management, and system interoperability.

• Experience driving platform delivery standards, release governance, and modern DevOps practices.

• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence decisions across multiple business and technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for translating complex concepts into business-focused outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
