ECAD Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

1. Be responsible for the PCB design, Complete the PCB layout and routing based on the schematic diagrams and related documents provided by electrical engineers.

2. Define the technical specification of the PCB considering electrical and mechanical parameters, Work out the layout considering the valid guidelines for clearance and creepage distance in high voltage and low voltage designs.

3. The layout process needs to take into important factors such as signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal design to ensure that the PCB board has good stability and reliability while fulfilling circuit functions.

4. Capability of following projects independently feedback EQ and solving the issue from SMT and wave soldering.

5. Be familiar with CAD tools, like Mentor Expertise, Candence, Pads etc.

Key Competencies:

1. Bachelor or above degree in electrical, electronic, Automation, Automotive engineering. 2. At least 3 years work experience and automotive electrical module design experience are preferred.

3. Have a foundation in high-voltage drive circuit, knowledge of Creepage and Clearance, and basic experience in power circuit such as Boost and Buck, experience in automotive E-drive is preferred.

4. Capability of completing BGA routing and completing the layout of 6-layer boards independently.

5. Good attitude, Strong sense of responsibility， communicating with the project team actively.
