Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for

Elbit Aerospace in Karmiel is looking for a Supply Chain Planner for the Mechanical and Optical Procurement Department

This role offers direct impact on production continuity, delivery targets, and operational process improvement

In this role you will

Plan and monitor procurement of items and products according to demand and delivery schedules

Take full responsibility for material flow to production lines while managing inventory levels and meeting work plans

Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality departments

Track operational KPI targets such as delivery times, shortages, and inventory levels

Initiate and lead improvement processes in planning and operations

Monitor and analyze planning data, improve inventory cycles, and oversee order control

Requirements

B.A. degree or Practical Engineer diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Economics

High proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis capabilities

Good English proficiency including work with overseas suppliers

Knowledge in reading mechanical drawings

Experience in an industrial environment within the mechanical or optical domain - Advantage

Ability to lead and manage tasks in a multi-interface environment

Understanding of manufacturing processes and system-level perspective

Curiosity, service orientation, strong interpersonal communication skills, and drive for excellence
