Senior CAD/BIM Drafter & Modeler

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025 .

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in  Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, and BIM modeling , preferably on infrastructure projects.

• Strong experience with  Civil 3D and AutoCAD , with knowledge of OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) or Revit considered an advantage.

• Proven ability to develop  accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from engineering, survey, and existing-condition data.

• Strong understanding of  civil engineering drawings, survey information, coordinate systems, spatial data, and model setup .

• Experience delivering BIM/CAD work within  ProjectWise environments , including structured workflows and client standards.

• Understanding of  BIM standards and delivery requirements , including ISO 19650, BEPs, and client specifications.

• Experience with  infrastructure projects  such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures.

• Strong  QA/QC, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently  while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with  engineers, multidisciplinary project teams, and clients , with good technical English.

• Experience incorporating  survey data, point clouds, LiDAR, laser scans, or GISdata  into CAD/BIM models is an advantage.

 Significant Advantages

• Experience with  scan-to-BIM / point-cloud-to-CAD  workflows.

• Hands-on experience with  OpenBuildings Designer (OBD)  and 3D MEP modeling.

• Proficiency in  ReCap, Revit, InfraWorks, Navisworks , or similar tools.

• Experience developing  CAD/BIM standards, templates, automation, or production workflows .
