Evening Supervisor - Full Time

Evening Supervisor – Caseys Londis in Ballina Co. Mayo.

We are seeking a dedicated person to join our award-winning store in the heart of Ballina. As an evening supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of the store.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the retail sector. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities. Familiarity with safety compliance, cash handling, and basic computer tasks.

This is a full time position, 40hrs – 5 days a week (including weekends rotated)

The Role

Guide, train, and motivate the evening team to meet performance standards.

Ensure the workplace or store runs smoothly and transitions well from day to night.

Resolve client or customer complaints quickly and professionally.

Enforce health and safety rules, check closing security, and maintain a clean environment.

Handle shift reports, basic cash management, and attendance tracking.
