đ What Youâll Do
- Coordinate STNA and nursing schedules and help fill open shifts.
- Communicate with STNAs and nurses about schedules, call-offs, and shift changes.
- Help keep staffing coverage running smoothly.
- Build positive relationships with our nursing team.
- Assist with finding coverage when unexpected call-offs happen.
- Keep staffing records and schedules organized and up to date.
- Work closely with leadership to identify staffing needs.
- Bring a positive attitude and a little calm to those âWho can cover this shift?â moments! đ
⨠What Weâre Looking For
- Previous healthcare, STNA, CNA, scheduling, or staffing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with staff.
- Able to handle last-minute changes with professionalism and a sense of humor.
- Someone who enjoys helping people and being part of a team.
