Positions Available:

Student, Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Procurement & Master Data

This student position supports the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team by assisting with procurement, expediting, and master data activities across the Atlantic Region. The role provides exposure to the purchasing lifecycle, supplier engagement, and supply chain systems including SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office tools. Key responsibilities include requesting and evaluating supplier quotes, supporting purchase order creation and administration, monitoring supplier performance and delivery status, assisting with expediting activities, maintaining material master and pricing data, and supporting procurement and reporting analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement and master data advisors, suppliers and internal stakeholders through meetings, site visits, and ongoing communication to ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining accurate supply chain data. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, expediting and data governance within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Student, Atlantic Region Materials Management & Logistics (SCM)

This student position supports the Materials Management and Logistics teams by assisting with logistics, materials management activities across the Atlantic Region. The role provides exposure to the Materials Management processes and Logistics functions. Understanding how we manage inventory and provide analytics of turn over and inventory flow processes utilizing our inventory management tools such as SAP and SAGE. Working in our Logistics tools of Dawinci and Kabal to understand our helicopter and vessel processes to support offshore mobilization of people and materials is key to this role. Key responsibilities include assisting with inventory control and analytical work to assess key elements of our material movements, assisting with flight planning and vessel scheduling, coordination with vendors on delivery of items to the marine base, Evaluation of flight planning and booking processes related to people movement and flight delay impacts. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders through meetings, site visits, and ongoing communication to help resolve challenges. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in materials management, logistics, supplier management, and supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Student, Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Contracts

This student position supports the Supply Chain Management team in both pre-award and post-award contract management activities. The role provides exposure to development and administration of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bidder communications, commercial evaluations, contract governance processes, and supply chain systems including SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office tools.  Key responsibilities include supporting sourcing events, preparing contract documents such as change orders and amendments, assisting with vendor onboarding, analyzing change proposal, maintaining contract records and change logs, supporting audit activities, and preparing SCM reports and presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with contract advisors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support the effective management of commercial agreement. This position offers valuable exposure to contract management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier engagement, and contract administration within a dynamic business environment.

Student, Regulatory

This student position supports the Regulatory function by assisting with the management of regulatory processes and compliance activities related to safe operations and regulatory approvals within the Atlantic Region. The role provides administrative and coordination support, including organizing regulatory committee meetings, preparing meeting materials and minutes, and tracking regulatory actions and commitments. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance registries, monitoring submission deadlines, compiling regulator feedback, and preparing regulatory reports and updates. The successful candidate will also administer regulatory databases, support management of change processes, and assist with stakeholder and partner engagement activities. This position offers valuable exposure to regulatory compliance, operational governance, and relationships with industry regulators within the offshore energy sector.

Student, Operations Finance

This student position supports the Operations Finance team by assisting with a variety of finance and accounting activities that contribute to effective business operations. Key responsibilities include supporting month-end processes through accruals, journal entries, reporting, and variance analysis, as well as assisting with invoice attestation and accounts payable activities. The successful candidate will work alongside finance professionals to support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting processes, and other financial planning activities. The role also provides assistance on finance-related projects and ad hoc initiatives as required. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, and business partnering within a dynamic operational environment.

Education

• Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term

• Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered

• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
