Implementation Consultant (Property & Lease Management - ProLease Enterprise/Horizon) 

This role supports the implementation of MRI’s Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property and lease management solutions for new and existing clients across APAC. Working alongside experienced consultants and project team members, you will learn how to understand client needs, configure software, prepare documentation, support testing and deliver user training.

As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will take on greater responsibility for client workshops, solution design and project activities, with the opportunity to build a career as a functional consultant and subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultants in gathering and documenting client business requirements.

• Assist with configuring Horizon and ProLease Enterprise in line with agreed requirements and established implementation approaches.

• Help prepare process notes, solution documentation, test scripts, user guides and training materials.

• Support data review, software testing, issue tracking and deployment activities.

• Participate in client workshops and working sessions, initially with guidance from senior team members.

• Assist with remote and face-to-face system training and demonstrations.

• Learn property and lease management processes across investor and occupier organisations.

• Work collaboratively with consultants, project managers, technical teams and other stakeholders.

• Maintain clear records of assigned actions and raise risks, issues or questions promptly.

• Contribute to multiple client projects across different industries while managing agreed priorities and deadlines.

What we are looking for

• A recent or upcoming degree in IT, Business, Property, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.

• An interest in software, business processes, consulting and property or lease management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to build confidence in client-facing situations.

• Logical thinking, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.

• A willingness to learn software configuration, implementation methods and industry practices.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage assigned tasks with support.

• Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• A collaborative approach, professionalism and a focus on providing a positive client experience.

Desirable, but not essential

• Early career experience involving business analysis, software, finance, property or customer service.

• Exposure to property or lease management concepts.

• Experience using business or property management software, including Horizon or ProLease Enterprise.

• A basic understanding of databases, SQL or Oracle PL/SQL.

• Experience preparing or delivering presentations, demonstrations or training.

Development and support

• Structured product and industry learning, supported by experienced consultants and internal knowledge resources.

• On the job experience across the software implementation lifecycle.

• Increasing ownership of client and project activities as capability develops.

• A pathway to develop into an implementation consultant and subject matter expert.

Other requirements

• Enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally when required for client or project needs.
