Program Manager

We are looking for

A Program Manager for our Aerospace division's site at Hatzrim

Come lead meaningful programs in the defense industry, with direct impact on the success of complex projects with strategic customers. This is an opportunity to take part in a mission-driven environment, combining business, operational and logistical management in a dynamic and challenging setting

In this role you will

Lead the ongoing program activity vis-à-vis the customer

Manage all activities within the work plan while meeting operational and business targets and customer requirements

Work in full collaboration with the Site Manager

Manage the program budget and meet defined targets

Coordinate ongoing activities and interfaces with customers and external partners

Manage logistical operations

Manage all projects within the program scope

Report to company management

Requirements

Previous experience in senior IAF headquarters positions - Section Head/Branch Head

Significant experience in managing programs or projects in a complex defense environment

Experience in budget management and meeting business and operational targets

IAF background - Advantage

Experience in senior headquarters positions - Advantage

High level of English

Proven ability in leadership, initiative and people motivation
