Sales Engineer

Job Purpose

Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Equipment Sales Professional. The role is responsible to promote and sell the organization’s products and services within a list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage sales of products and services to mining customers

• Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers

• Develop a Sales plan for designated set of customers, as well as pipeline opportunities

• Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit

• Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, understand customer decision making process

• Responsible for achievement of budgeted order intake and revenue.

• Responsible for price quality in line with Sandvik’s processes and rules.

• Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems.

Your Profile

We are looking for a strong and trustworthy relationship builder with genuine interest in fostering healthy business connections with customers and mines, preferably with a  technical university degree of mining application , combined with  extensive experience  from a similar role (min. 5 years), specifically in the  mining industry . Work location is flexible.
