Elbit Systems in Rehovot is looking for an HR Student to join our team

This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful HR activities within a leading defense organization, while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee welfare, and day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic and impactful environment

In this role you will:

Support and execute projects in the fields of employee welfare, recruitment, and Human Resources, including administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

Student pursuing a degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

Three years of studies remaining - advantage

Availability to work four days a week

Full proficiency in Office applications, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools

Willingness to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment under pressure

Independence and strong system-level understanding
