• Process and track customer orders accurately from booking to final delivery.

• Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams.

• Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs.

• Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues.

• Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompaniments and stock-related activities.

• Maintain accurate records, stock data, invoices and relevant customer documentation.

• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify delays, gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Support payment follow-ups and other customer-related operational requirements as needed.

• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, compliance requirements and customer service standards.

• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Good MS Excel and numerical/analytical skills.

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

• Strong coordination, multitasking and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with CRM/ERP/order-management systems.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operations; experience in optical/vision care is preferred.

• Good command of English and local language.
