Salary: UoM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super

You will lead operational and administrative excellence at the Wilin Centre, supporting Indigenous-focused programs and events.
You will help drive cultural change across the Faculty and broader University community.
What you will deliver:
- Lead operational planning, processes and systems, ensuring high-quality delivery of Wilin Centre programs.
- Manage, coach and motivate professional staff, building a cohesive, high-performing team culture.
- In conjunction with the faculty’s Academic Support Office, coordinate student-facing services, grants and bursaries, ensuring timely, culturally safe support and information.
- Oversee budgets, HR processes and financial systems for Wilin programs, events and casual staff.
- Lead planning and administration of Wilin events, partnerships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
You may be a great fit if you
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, bringing strong cultural knowledge and lived experience.
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and substantial experience in administration, coordination or operations.
- Demonstrate advanced organisational and problem-solving skills, including experience with Indigenous arts organisations or programs.
- Lead and mentor staff effectively, fostering collaboration, high performance and culturally safe practice.
- Communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, producing clear written materials and managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Bring prior university experience, understanding policies, procedures, systems and student-focused service environments.
