Assistant Manager (IT System & Cybersecurity)

Temasek Laboratories@NTU (TL@NTU) explore frontiers in science and develops strategic technologies to enhance the defence and security of Singapore. TL@NTU forms part of the defence technology community in Singapore alongside DSO National Laboratories, Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Temasek Laboratories @ NUS and @SUTD and the local defence industry.

The administration team is seeking an IT cybersecurity individual to contribute to the following areas

Key Responsibilities

Manage and secure IT infrastructure and systems.

Monitor system performance and respond to cyber incidents.

-
Implement access controls, patching, and security measures.

-
Support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

Ensure stable and secure IT operations across TL@NTU and NTU.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system.

-
3–5 years’ experience in:

• Cybersecurity operations.

• Information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

• IT infrastructure security management.

Experience in supporting:

• Security certification and compliance programmes (e.g. ISO27001, Cyber Trust Mark).
• Cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.

• Implementation of security controls and policies.
