Cash Applications Junior Analyst
Description
The Cash Application Analyst will perform daily cash postings to ensure prompt and accurate recording of payments to customer’s accounts. Daily processing will include payments made by credit card, lockbox, ACH and Wires. Lockbox and other payment source reconciliations performed daily. Customer Service Support: Responding to inquiries specific to cash applications and customer accounts via email. Work involves corresponding with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and questions.
What you’ll do

Manage daily application of cash receipts.

Perform AR reconciliation, research and analysis for appropriate decision making.

Reconcile bank accounts.

Manage inquiries from other departments via cases, tickets and/or emails within the established deadlines.

Contact customers as required via phone or email to follow up on pending applications.

Work on month end closing activities.
What experience you need

High School diploma
-
English B2 or above
-
1 year excel experience

Expertise in Oracle & Salesforce .

Degree/Student in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management .
