プロダクトマネージャー (サーバー・ストレージ担当)

職務概要

プロダクトマネージャーは、担当製品群の売上および利益目標の達成に責任を持ち、TD SYNNEXおよびベンダー双方にとって最大限の投資対効果を創出する役割を担います。本ポジションは売上成果に対する責任を負いますが、主なミッションは「営業支援（Sales Enablement）」です。具体的には、マーケティング施策、営業トレーニング、営業支援、技術的なプリセールス支援、ベンダー契約管理、およびベンダーとの関係構築を通じて成果を創出します。

これらの活動は、TD SYNNEXの営業組織だけでなく、パートナー企業コミュニティ全体を対象として推進されます。

主な職務内容

セールスイネーブルメント

• TD SYNNEXおよび販売パートナー向けの営業支援プログラムの企画・実行

• ストレージ・サーバーを主とする担当製品群を支援する技術営業チームへの適切なトレーニング実施

• 営業プロセス、提案活動、案件パイプライン管理、パートナーエンゲージメントに関する知識を維持し、必要に応じて改善策を提案

• ストレージ・サーバーを主とする担当製品群における営業チームのパフォーマンス最大化に向けた指導・支援

• Channel Sales Directorとの密接な連携

マーケティング・パートナー施策

• ストレージ・サーバーを主とする製品群の目標達成を支援するマーケティングプログラムの企画・実行

• ベンダーおよびビジネスパートナーとの共同施策の立案・推進

• ベンダーおよびパートナー満足度の継続的な向上と維持

• ベンダーマネジメント

• ベンダーとの戦略的かつ良好なエグゼクティブレベルの関係構築・維持

• ベンダーとの連携状況を継続的にモニタリングし、新たなビジネス施策を推進

• オペレーションレベルでのベンダーリレーションシップの維持・強化

• リベートプログラムや投資施策など、ベンダーが提供する商業機会を最大限活用

応募資格・求める経験
必須条件

• IT業界における法人営業経験4年以上

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力ならびに英語力

• 社内関係部門と良好な関係を構築して保てるコミュニケーション力

• ストレージ・サーバーを主とする 担当ベンダー製品に関する営業認定資格または同等の知識

• 優れたリーダーシップ能力

• 週三回出社またはベンダー常駐可能な方
